PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-hardness aluminum alloy screw component applicable to a relatively soft work for improving the recyclability of an aluminum alloy. SOLUTION: A thread ridge 10 is rolled on a leg portion 3 of an aluminum alloy screw material 1a, and heat treatment is applied to the screw material 1a. To the screw material 1a, a composite hard oxide coat 30 is applied using a mixture of first solution which contains sulfuric acid in a range of 250-350gr/1 and nickel sulfate in a range of 15-25gr/1, and second solution to which a low-polymerization acrylic resin composition is added in a range of 280-320gr/1, under such conditions that a liquid soaking temperature is -10 to +25°C, voltage is DC10-200V, and current density is 0.5-20A/dm<SP>2</SP>. Thus, the high-hardness aluminum alloy screw component can be threaded directly into a prepared hole of an aluminum alloy cast or plate material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
