PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor mounting structure which enables threading work with a fixing screw in a short period of time and is superior in vibration absorbing performance. SOLUTION: In the motor mounting structure, a motor fixed part 2 of a motor 1 is threaded to a receiving part of a body base plate 5 with the fixing screw 4. In this case, a vibration absorbing rubber 6 is laid between the motor 1 and the receiving part of the body base plate 5, a sectionally U-shaped positioning recessed groove 7 is formed in the vibration absorbing rubber 6, and screw holes 8a, 8b are formed in vibration absorbing rubber portions 6a, 6b located on both sides of the positioning recessed groove 7. In the state where the motor fixed part 2 is inserted into the positioning recessed groove 7, the screw hole 8a of one vibration absorbing rubber portion 6a, a screw hole 9 of the motor fixed part 2, and the screw hole 8b of the other vibration absorbing rubber portion 6b are communicated with one another on the same axis A.
