PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer paper colored as black and having a desired lightness, and which has a sufficient peeling strength in performing a corona discharge treatment without applying an anchor coat on its surface and laminating a resin layer. SOLUTION: This multilayer paper consists of at least two laminated layers of a surface layer and a reverse surface layer, wherein the surface layer contains a carbon black pigment and/or a dyestuff as a black-coloring matter, the surface electric resistivity on the surface of the surface layer side is≥10.0 log(Ω/sq), and the lightness (L value) of the surface of the surface layer side is 19 to 30, (a) hue ((a) value) is -1.5 to +1.5, and the hue (b-value) is -1.5 to +1.5, which are measured in accordance with the JIS Z8722.
