PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam washing liquid dispensing device for a kitchen which is capable of easily and surely dispensing a washing liquid of a high washing effect to dishes or a desired part of a tub part of a sink and efficiently washing the tub part and the dishes. SOLUTION: The foam washing liquid dispensing device for the kitchen includes a dispensing nozzle 9 with a dispensing port 10, washing liquid supply means for supplying the washing liquid to the dispensing nozzle 9, and air bubble mixing means 12 for mixing air bubbles to the washing liquid supplied to the dispensing port 10 of the dispensing nozzle 9. The washing liquid supply means is provided in the sink 2 with the tub part 3 and a faucet 7.
