A 4WD toy car with wing-swing function includes a car chassis (1) and a car shell (2). A pair of active wings (3) and their control structure is equipped on the car shell (2). The control structure is a control board (4) with long-strip shape. The control board (4) can be slided fore-and-aft and is installed on the car shell (2). There are grooves (41) on both sides of the control board (4) which used to connect with the active wings (3). The active wings (3) can be hinged on the sides of the car shell (2). There are axes on the active wings (31) which can be connected with the corresponding grooves (41) of the control board (4), so that the sliding fore-and-aft of the control board (4) can open or close the active wings (3).
