A prenatal care belt is provided to reduce a postpartum sequela and to recognize motion of an unborn child for a pregnant woman. A prenatal care belt includes a first band, a first wearing unit, a second band(230), a connection unit, and a second wearing unit. The first band has the predetermined width and raises the abdominal region. The first band unit connects with the both end sides of the first band, controls screwing degree of the abdominal region when the pregnant woman wears the belt. The second band can be attached on the both ends side of the waist of the first band, and prevents abdominal shaking. The connection unit combines the one side of the second band with one side of the waist in the first band. The second wearing unit combines the other side of the second band with other side of the waist, and controls the screwing degree of the epigastrium.
