An installation structure of hood weather strip for vehicles is provided that the production cost can be cut down since the reinforcement of the metal material is not used. An installation structure of hood weather strip for vehicles comprises an insertion hole(1) formed in the upper end of engine room, an insertion part which is formed in order to be inserted in the insertion hole, an elastic member(4) which is integrally formed with the insertion part. The elastic member is adhered closely with the hood (H) and seals. The elastic member comprises the matching block(6) for more improving the cohesive power with hood.
