A reinforcement device of rear wheel house panel for the vehicle is provided that a plurality of reinforcing members is mounted on the inner side and outer side surface of the rear wheel house panel. A reinforcement device of rear wheel house panel for the vehicle comprises a rear wheel house inner reinforce(11) which is combined in the inner side of the rear wheel house panel(1), and in which Ý‹-shaped part and flange part are formed, a rear wheel house outer upper reinforce which is combined in the outside surface of the rear wheel house panel, and in which Ý‹-shaped part and flange part are formed, a rear wheel house outer lower reinforce combined with the bottom of the rear wheel house outer upper reinforce. The rear wheel house outer lower reinforce includes an upper flange combined with the bottom flange of the rear wheel house outer upper reinforce, the Ý‹-shaped flange which is adhered to the rear floor side member.
