A pipelines inside cleansing apparatus is provided to improve washing performance by arranging a pig at exact position with a guide member. A pipelines inside cleansing apparatus comprises a pipe(10) consisting of a flange(12) formed on both ends and an input port(20) or a vent hole formed on either side; a pig(2) put through the input hole and a lid lid(23) installed at the input hole and the vent hole. The lid comprises a through-hole(233) formed in the center, an air discharge unit penetrating the through-hole, and a guide member(24) pressing the pig. An exhaust guide member guiding the exhaust of the pig is installed in the vent hole. The exhaust guide member consists of a ring installed in the vent hole and a guide member integrated with the ring.
