A plastic baby seat of a shopping cart is provided to fix a cushion on a plastic baby seat of a shopping cart, thereby preventing the cushion from be separated or moved from the plastic baby seat caused by movement of a baby sitting on the plastic baby seat. A plastic baby seat(10) of a shopping cart comprises a seat board(11), a cushion, and a backrest(12). The cushion is located on the seat board. The seat board made of plastic is capable of being moved between legs of the backrest and a horizontal metal wire of the plastic baby seat. The seat board is composed of a cushion mounting groove, several holes inside the cushion mounting groove, a hole with a short edge formed below the several holes.
