<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for the shared use of a vehicle for maintaining each port and vehicle in the optimal status in order to efficiently rent out a vehicle parked in a port to a plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: When the start of service of a staff is registered in a control room (S1: YES), or the end of operation of a staff is registered in the control room (S3: YES), the control part of the control room confirms non-started operation generated in each port, and performs operation assignment processing to assign the operation to the optimal staff (S2). Furthermore, when the operation abandonment of the staff is registered in the control room (S4: YES), the control part of the control room performs operation abandonment confirmation processing to confirm the operation abandoned by the staff, and to assign the operation to another staff (S5).
