<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a method for producing an exhaust gas cleaning catalyst whereby the structure of micropores which are open to the outside and are not closed in the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst comprises packing catalyst particles into the recesses on the surface of a resin substrate having protrusions on the surface, disposing the resin substrate on a base material in such a manner that the surface having the protrusions is situated on the side of the surface of the base material, and eliminating the polymer and the resin substrate by burning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
