摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce light returning to a first optical path in an optical component which controls the power of light which propagates from the first optical path to a second optical path. <P>SOLUTION: A mirror which is an optical component moves in the direction which intersects with the bisector of the angle between a first optical axis of the first optical path combined with a first optical waveguide of a planar light wave circuit and a second optical axis of the second optical path combined with a second optical waveguide of the planar light wave circuit.
