PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a road-vehicle narrow-band radio communication system in which a road-side narrow-band radio communication device erases or updates distribution information according to a change in a traffic state of a road and an on-vehicle narrow-band radio communication device erases distribution information according to a change in a traveling state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The road-side narrow-band radio communication device 200 installed on a road is provided with a road state detecting device 60 for detecting a traffic state of a road, a distribution information preparing device 72 for preparing a plurality of kinds of distribution information corresponding to traffic states of the road, a judging device 71 for judging the acceptance/rejection of transmitting the distribution information, and a narrow-band radio communication device 10 for transmitting the distribution information to the vehicle traveling on the road. The on-vehicle narrow-band radio communication device 100 is provided with a narrow-band radio communication device 10 for transmitting and receiving data to/from the road-side narrow-band radio communication device 200, a vehicle information inputting and outputting device 42 for detecting the traveling state of the vehicle, a judging device for identifying distribution information corresponding to the vehicle according to the traveling state, and an erasure information preparing device 32 for preparing erasure information corresponding to the traveling state.
