PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding gasket that can reduce the amount of projection from the inner wall surface of a first opposing wall having gasket holding holes and is hard to slip through the gasket holding holes in the direction from the inner wall surface side to the outer wall surface side of the first opposing wall, and provide an electronic apparatus having the electromagnetic shielding gasket. SOLUTION: A communication device as an electronic apparatus is provided with a device body having a plurality of casings and an electromagnetic shielding gasket 1. A first opposing wall 102a provided in the casing of the device body is provided with a plurality of gasket holding holes 104 and gasket introducing holes. The electromagnetic shielding gasket 1 is provided with a gasket body 2 and a plurality of insertion parts 4 and anti-slipping portions 3. The insertion parts 4 are inserted into the gasket holding holes from the gasket introducing holes. The anti-slipping portions 3 are formed not to slip through the gasket holding holes 104 in the direction from the inner wall surface side to the outer wall surface side of a front sidewall 102a, even in the case of being deformed by receiving an external force.
