PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a transmitting/receiving unit in an extremely simple operation without requiring the removal of a coaxial cable and mounting work and without removing a data processing unit from a mother board and constitute a data transmission system testing device while saving space at low cost even if there are many channels. SOLUTION: A connector substrate 60 on which a multi element high frequency connector 61 for transmitting a plurality of channel parallel data signals is mounted so as to face with the other end side of a substrate of the data processing unit 40, stands on one surface side of the data processing unit 40. A multi element high frequency connector 56 which is engaged and connected with the multi element high frequency connector 61 of the connector substrate and which enables the transmission/reception of the plurality of channel parallel data signals to/from the data processing unit 40 when mounted on a mother board 22 at a position which overlaps with one surface side of the substrate of the data processing unit 40, is provided on a transmitting/receiving unit 50.
