PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw which scoops balls without providing both ends of a return pipe with tongues to collide with balls. SOLUTION: The return pipe 9 has cut openings 15 having its width reduced gradually toward the inside of the pipe on both ends 9a and 9b of the return pipe 9. Balls 8, etc. rolling inside a load rolling way are guided by both sides of the cut openings 15 having their widths reduced gradually and led to the deeper part of the return pipe 9.
