PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission case cover for a power unit, capable of suppressing the vibration of a dome wall formed on the rear part. SOLUTION: The transmission case cover 24 for the power unit 20 comprises the dome wall 24R formed on the rear part of the transmission case cover 24 in the state of being swollen into a dome shape toward the outside of a vehicle to store a centrifugal clutch 90. An outside rib 24Rd and an inside rib 24Rf are protruded on the outside face and the inside face of the dome wall 24R, respectively, approximately radially around the peak of the dome wall 24R.
