PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulation device for accumulating a strip-like film extending between an upstream side device and a downstream side device in a film storage part in which the strip-like film is not subjected to twist or bend during accumulation operation, and a power loss is hardly generated during through operation. SOLUTION: The accumulation device comprises a film delivery mechanism 3 for delivering a strip-like film fed from an upstream side device to a film storage part, a rocking arm mechanism 4 for performing the pendulum motion of the outlet side of the strip-like film delivered from the film delivery mechanism 3 above the film storage part with the inlet side as a center while guiding the strip-like film from the inlet to the outlet, and a film discharging mechanism 7 for drawing the strip-like film accumulated in the film storage part backwardly, and discharging the film toward the downstream side device.
