PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body frame of a rough terrain crane capable of making a hydraulic-pneumatic pipe short and compact. SOLUTION: A box-shaped structure is respectively provided with a front frame 21 with a front axle 30 installed in front of an intermediate frame 22 mounted with a swivel base 25 and a rear frame 23 with a rear axle 33 installed in the rear, and has the intermediate frame 22 composed of an upper plate 43, a lower plate 44 and a side plate 37. The side plate 37 has pipe holes 35 and 36 for inserting the hydraulic-pneumatic pipe 41 for connecting an intermediate frame side part 38 to a hydraulic-pneumatic apparatus arranged in an intermediate frame inner part 39. A pipe-shaped member 42 is fitted in the pipe holes 35 and 36. The hydraulic-pneumatic apparatus arranged in the intermediate frame side part 38 and the hydraulic-pneumatic apparatus arranged in the intermediate frame inner part 39, can be compactly connected by a short pipe.
