PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid delivering head capable of decreasing temperature difference of a piezoelectric ceramic layer generated by heat emission of a driver IC. SOLUTION: The liquid delivering head is equipped with a flow path member 13 on which a plurality of liquid pressing rooms and a plurality of liquid delivering holes are arranged in a matrix shape, a driver IC3 stacked on the flow path member 13 and on a piezoelectric ceramic body (a piezoelectric actuator 11), and a connecting substrate 2 having a plurality of wirings electrically connecting the driver IC3 with a displacement element equipped with a plurality of driving electrodes in the piezoelectric ceramic body, and presses a liquid in the liquid pressing room according to a signal from the driver IC3 and delivers liquid droplets from the liquid delivering hole. A metallic member 4 is provided on the surface on the opposite side to the surface opposing to a plurality of driving electrodes of the connecting substrate 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
