PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligation device for anatomy, maintaining the holding state of biological tissue without loosening the holding state of a clip. SOLUTION: The ligation device for anatomy includes: the clip 2 having an arm for holding biological tissue; a retaining pipe 4 serving as a tightening member fitted over the clip 2 for closing the arm of the clip 2; a coupling member 3 insertable into the retaining pipe 4 for engagement with the clip 2, and a projection 2d serving as a locking part for holding the closing state of the arm of the clip 2 by engagement of the clip 2 with the retaining pipe 4.
