PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eliminating an unpleasant feeling of a customer in aspects of sanitation and safety, so as to solve the problem that the customer sweats in the forehead and back, etc., as the inner part of a cut cloth gradually becomes hot and muggy when the customer enters a beauty salon, sits on a chair, and is covered with the cut cloth to have his/her hair cut or permed in a hot period in summer. SOLUTION: A blower is fixed to the external side of the chair as a means for supplying wind into the cut cloth. An accordion pipe appropriately having holes at the distal end is attached by fixing to the inner side of the chair. Consequently, the blower supplies the cool wind of the salon, thereby cooling the inner side of the cut cloth with the cool wind through the hole parts.
