TWO-COMPONENT EYE DROPS CONTAINING PIRENOXINE

Two-component eye drops to be mixed before using which comprise a pirenoxine-containing suspension and a dissolution liquid. Compared with eye drops of the existing type wherein pirenoxine tablets or granules are dissolved by using a dissolution liquid before using, the above-described eyedrops are characterized in that the dissolution time of pirenoxine can be shortened. The eyedrops are also characterized in that transparent eyedrops having a physiologically acceptable pH value at a weakly acidic to neutral level can be obtained after dissolving pirenoxine.
