A removing lifter and removing lift construction method for moving a manhole cover frame and the peripheral pavement as an integral mass under easy-to-close state while sliding using a closing means as small as possible. In a lifter for cutting the pavement on the periphery of a manhole by turning an arcuate or curved surface cutter by 360 degree about the manhole and closing/removing an annular matter B to be removed having circular plane and three-dimensional spherical cutting face, a groove hole (2) is provided along the longitudinal direction of a rodlike body (1), one or more movable and securable hook pieces (3) are arranged in the groove hole (2), required positions in the manhole are hooked directly by the hook pieces (3) or through an auxiliary hook piece (5), a closing latch portion (12) is provided at the end of the rodlike body (1), and a closing means is interposed between the pavement and the lifter. |
