The compressed gas cartridge has a valve (16) with a female outlet nozzle that moves between rest and ejection positions and is shaped to receive a male nozzle (4) on a fixing apparatus inlet (2). The coupling of the two nozzles pushes the female nozzle into its ejection position and at the same time forms a sealed joint by means of an annular lip on the female nozzle's inner surface. (26)
