A conduit device encircling a pipe heater is provided to transfer heat by both heat conduction and heat radiation via a space between inner and outer hollow quartz pipes. A pipe heater(11) is formed of a heating element(111) wound with a filament(112) having high resistance and an inner hollow quartz pipe(113) inserted by the heating element, wherein both ends of the heating element are connected to electrode pins(114). An outer pipe unit(12) has an outer hollow quartz pipe(123) which is inserted by the inner hollow quartz pipe and has at least one or more inlets(121) and outlets(122). A heat transfer space(A) is formed between the inner and outer quartz pipes. Insulating elements(124) are coupled with opened ends of the pipes. The electrode pins have ends extended to the outside of the insulating elements to be connected to power supply. |
