More specifically disclosed is a method for culturing an yeast cell under culture conditions where the occurrence of abnormal yeast cells each having a [shortest diameter]:[longest diameter] ratio of 1:3 or more becomes 20% or less relative to the total number of yeast cells after the culture is completed.</p> |
