A linear motion conversion device for driving a variable turbine vane is provided to convert the rotation of an electric variable turbine vane actuator into the linear motion through the sliding block in which a groove guiding a bearing is formed. A linear motion conversion device for driving a variable turbine vane comprises a bearing(12) covering a driving shaft(4) connected to an actuator rod(3) rotating around a pivot axis(2) of a variable turbine vane actuator, a sliding block(11) which guides the reciprocation of the bearing in a first axis direction while reciprocating in a second axis direction meeting with the first axis direction at right angle, and a sliding bar(13) whose one end is connected to the sliding block and the other end is connected to a variable turbine vane driving part.
