A light emitting display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce the time for hardening a forming a sealing material by using a common seal line when fabricating a plurality of light emitting devices on a mother substrate. A first substrate(210) is composed of a pixel region and a non-pixel region around the pixel region. A pad part is formed in the non-pixel region in order to supply a signal to the pixel region. A second substrate is arranged to face the first substrate. A sealing material(240) is prepared between the first substrate and the second substrate. The sealing material is formed to cover the pixel region. The sealing material is arranged in a first side(221) between the pixel region and the pad part, a second side(222) facing the first side, and an outer wall of a third side(223) in both ends of the first side and the second side. The sealing material is filled in the outline of the first substrate and the second substrate.
