<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render active oxygen harmless by making carbon absorb hydrogen and including the same in a food product as a hydrogen carrier for sending enough hydrogen deep into the intestine. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to a capping method for obtaining a hydrogen reduction water or a hydrogen reduction food product. A plurality of caps whose inside keeps carbon particles attached are filled into a cap catcher in a hydrogen atmosphere.
