COAXIAL CABLE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING IT, AND MULTI-CORE COAXIAL CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable which can obtain both a thinning property and a mechanical property of an insulating layer so as to obtain a small diameter, and has excellent twisting characteristics; to provide a method of manufacturing the coaxial cable; and to provide a multi-core coaxial cable using the coaxial cable.

SOLUTION: The coaxial cable includes an inner conductor, an internal insulating layer covering the inner conductor, an outer conductor located outside the internal insulating layer, and an external insulating layer covering the outer conductor wherein one or both the internal insulating layer and the external insulating layer may be constituted of ionomer resin compositions which contain ethylene-based ionomer resins and organized clay.
