<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a battery by little constitution labor. <P>SOLUTION: A coupling of a contact device, particularly, a coupling plug device is incorporated into a battery panel. A plug of a contact device, particularly, a coupling plug device is incorporated into the battery.
