PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting the arrangement of each of indoor units so as to evenly air-condition the space either in an isolated EHP operation or an isolated GHP operation. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner arrangement support system 1 derives positional information of first indoor units and second indoor units for air-conditioning the same space. The power supply source for the first air-conditioning device to which the first indoor units belong is different from that for the second air-conditioning device to which the second indoor units belong. The air-conditioner arrangement support system includes an information storage part 16 and an arrangement pattern derivation part 13a. The information storage part has the indoor unit information on the first indoor units and the second indoor units, and the space information on the space. The arrangement pattern derivation part derives the positional information as an arrangement pattern based on the indoor unit information and the space information. The arrangement pattern represents the positions of the first indoor units and the second indoor units that air-condition the space roughly evenly when only the first indoor units are operated, and air-condition the space roughly evenly when only the second indoor units are operated, respectively.
