PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer operation monitoring technique for detecting efficiently and exactly an operation not for business such as a game, without imposing an excessive burden of always checking the start of applications in all the client computers, based on log information, and detecting surely the operation not for the business to give an alarm or the like. SOLUTION: This computer operation monitoring technique comprises a procedure for receiving at least one piece of information related to a sound output frequency from each communicably-connected client computer to a sound generating means for outputting a sound, and sound output timing, a procedure for storing the received sound output information of each client computer into a sound output information storage means, and a procedure for determining the possibility of the operation not for the business, by comparing at least one piece of the information related to the sound output frequency and the sound output timing with a mode in usual business, referring to the sound output information, as to the client computer receiving the sound output information.
