PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a touch of operating keys and to hardly incur a malfunction while uniformly guiding light from a light emitting means to the operating keys. SOLUTION: Within key through-holes of a case body covering a printed circuit board 15, a plurality of operating keys 7 are formed by partitioning a stainless sheet 26 (key sheet) with slits 26a. On a rear side of the stainless sheet 26, an urethane sheet 28 is pasted that is expanded from the slit 26a to a front side and has a projecting line part 28a with a rear side opened in a groove shape. A rubber layer 29 including a plurality of protruding parts 23 protruding to a side of the substrate 25 at positions corresponding to a plurality of fixed contacts 16 on the substrate 25 is pasted on a rear side of the urethane sheet 28. An LED (light emitting means) and a light transmission sheet 21 are provided at the side of the substrate rather than the rubber layer 29. In a portion, of the rubber layer 29, corresponding to a rear side of the projecting line part 28a, a recessed groove 29a (malfunction preventing means) is provided which prevents the operating keys 7 adjacent to the projecting line part 28a from being pressed down simultaneously with each other.
