PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear bumper mounting structure which surely locks a rear bumper in a positionally regulated state from two directions of a vehicle longitudinal direction and a vehicle width direction, and maintains a parting line with a design surface of a rear fender and a parting line with a rear combination lamp lower end edge in excellent states. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure, the rear bumper 3 is locked and mounted on a resin bumper holder 7 fixed to a vehicle body side in advance. The bumper holder 7 has a first supporting part 71 extending along a first upper end edge 31 of the rear bumper 3 and a second supporting part 72 extending along a second upper end edge 32. The first supporting part 71 is provided with a first fixing part 81 fixed to a lower part of the rear fender 5. The second supporting part 72 is provided with a second fixing part 82 fixed to a lower part of a lamp house panel 6.
