PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device that restricts the large displacement of wheels while making a toe characteristic appropriate. SOLUTION: This suspension device includes an upper link 3, a lower link 4, and H-shaped arms 8 which are connected at two mounting points of the wheel side and the vehicle body side as a plurality of suspension links. In the H-type arm 8, the front side link 6 is arranged above the lower link 4 and by top surface view, the rear side link 5 is arranged rearward of the lower link 4 in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle.
