PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker, attaining compatibility between maintaining of high rice cooking performance and lowering of discharged steam temperature. SOLUTION: A steam route outlet 15b of a steam route 15 is opened to a route wall 14a of an air flow path 14, and the steam route outlet and inlet 15c, 15b are disposed to shift from each other in the horizontal direction. Thus, the steam route outlet and inlet 15c, 15b are shifted from each other in the horizontal direction, whereby entering of room-temperature air and dew condensation water to the inside of a pot 2 can be reduced, so that the rice cooking performance can be maintained high. Further, the steam route outlet 15b is opened in the route wall 14a of the air flow path 14, whereby the steam is caused to reach the inside of the air flow path 14 without being orientated, so that the steam can be uniformly mixed with the blowing air to lower the temperature of the discharged steam.
