PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training wig for hairdressers which eliminates the need for preparation of many components, facilitates an operation and responds to the varieties of the shapes and sizes of human heads. SOLUTION: Multiple support bars 11 are radially disposed on the surface of a support shell 9 disposed at the center of a head part 7, and a scalp part 13 is fixed at the tip of the support bars 11. The support bars 11 are applied with a force by pushing and pulling the scalp part 13 to change the position in the radial direction and respond to the varieties of the shapes and sizes of the human heads. The support bar 11 is formed by supporting a sliding bar 17 in a tubular bar 15. The sliding bar 17 can be held at least at a plurality of predetermined positions by friction. A holding projection 21 formed on a side face of the sliding bar 17 as holding means 19 moves in a movement slit 23 formed in a side of the tubular bar 15 and is held in one of a plurality of recessed parts 25 formed in intermediate parts of the edge of the movement slit 23.
