PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper beauty treatment by light irradiation corresponding to the state of the skin by feeding back a change in the blood flow rate of the skin. SOLUTION: This light irradiating beauty instrument is equipped with a light source part 2 for irradiating the skin with light for the beauty of the skin, a skin blood flow rate detecting means 3 for detecting the blood flow rate of the skin irradiated with the light from the light source part 2 and a control means 4 for controlling the light output of the light source part on the basis of the skin blood flow rate data obtained by the skin blood flow rate detecting means.
