PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for greening a wall surface set up on a wall surface and facilitating maintenance such as pruning or the like. SOLUTION: The system for greening a wall surface comprises greening the wall surface of a building, and is provided with a through-hole connecting the inside of the building and the wall surface, separated chambers set in the building, and a connection part connecting the separated chambers and the through-hole: wherein growing parts for growing plants are set up inside the separated chambers respectively, the separated chambers are provided each with a gateway from the inside of the building so as to guide the plants grown in the growing part to the outside of the building via the connecting parts and the through-hole.
