PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein since, in a powdery thermoplastic polyurethane (polyurea) resin composition used for powder slush-molding etc., primary particles aggregate and solidify during storage or by the heat treatment during molding, to make powder flowability poor and lead molding defects. SOLUTION: This powdery thermoplastic polyurethane (polyurea) resin composition has 100 to 300 μm mean particle diameter, ≤50 mass% content of the particles of <100 μm and also ≤8 wt.% content of the particles of <30 μm.
