An infrared sensor calibration system including a calibration body (12) at a known temperature a fixture for a package with at least two infrared sensors (ISa, 16b) each aimed at a different location on the calibration body. Relative motion is provided between the calibration body and the fixture (15) so each infrared sensor is immune to temperature variations across the calibration body during calibration of the infrared sensors.
