<p>A delivery system for water-insoluble pharmaceutical active ingredients is provided. The delivery system includes water-insoluble pharmaceutical active ingredient(s), organic solvent(s) and amphiphilic co-sol vent(s), and a mixture of hydrophilic and hydrophobic none ionic surfactants. Upon dilution in an aqueous medium, this formulation forms spontaneously dispersion of non-ionic surfactant nanoparticles.</p>
