A blood pressure measuring device (1A) having a finger cuff (6) for measuring the oxygen saturation level in the blood of a subject as physiological data other than blood pressure, a pulse wave detection unit (13) and an oxygen saturation level calculation unit (14A), wherein the starting point of blood pressure measurement with a blood pressure meter (9) is determined by a comparison/judgment unit (15) when the oxygen saturation level in the blood attains a standard value. After the completion of the measurement, a time limit for restricting the start of blood pressure measurement is set. Within this time limit, the starting point of blood pressure measurement is not determined by the comparison/judgment unit (15) even in the case where the oxygen saturation level in the blood attains the standard value.
