<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a crack when a passage hardened part continuously formed at a product is broken. <P>SOLUTION: A die 1 is provided with: a cavity part 5 to be filled with a melted material and forming a product 4; a gate 6 communicated with the inside of the cavity part 5, and through which the melted material can be circulated; and a projection part 10 which is provided at the circumferential face 6e of the gate 6 and projects to the inner direction of the gate 6, wherein a notch 8 is formed by the projection part 10 at the passage hardened part 7 formed continuous with a product 4 by the hardening of the melted material inside the gate 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
