PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion circuit capable of performing A/D conversion with high precision. SOLUTION: The A/D conversion circuit 51 is an 8-bit A/D conversion circuit having pipeline connection constitution, and basic units 52a to 52d are connected in four stages in series via sample-and-hold circuits 53a to 53d and switches SW53a to SW53d. Namely, output terminals A to D of the basic unit 52a of a first stage are connected to an input terminal IN of the basic unit 52b of a second stage through series circuits of sample-and-hold circuits 53a to 53d and switches SW53a to SD53d.
