PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a load when transferring information of respective sensor terminals to a server side through a network, and efficiently perform information transfer. SOLUTION: The system consists of: a plurality of sensor terminals 11a to 11h connected in a tree structure, and a plurality of servers 12a, 12b, 12c which are connected to the sensor terminals 11a to 11h through a communication network 13, and individually process respective information. A sensor terminal which becomes a root node out of the terminals, divides the tree including itself when a whole tree structure can not be processed by a server with the highest processing capacity. It includes itself in the smallest subtree in the respective subtrees, and assigns respective sensor terminals belonging to the subtree to the server which can process them. The above processing is performed until all sensor terminals are assigned to the respective sensor terminals corresponding to the root nodes of the respective remaining subtrees. After completion of the assignment, the root nodes of respective subtrees perform address conversion, and transfer the information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
