摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging element capable of obtaining high picture quality while effectively suppressing noise. SOLUTION: The radiation imaging element 12 has: a phosphor film 8 which absorbs radiation transmitted through a subject to emit light; a photoelectric conversion portion 13 which has an upper electrode 6, a lower electrode 2, and a photoelectric conversion film 4 between the upper and lower electrodes, the photoelectric conversion film containing an organic photoelectric converting material absorbing the light emitted by the phosphor film; a signal output portion 14 which has a field effect thin film transistor 10 having an active layer 24 formed of amorphous oxide and outputs a signal corresponding to electric charges generated by the photoelectric conversion portion, and a substrate 1 having the signal output portion, photoelectric conversion portion, and phosphor film stacked in order, wherein a plurality of pixel portions each having a signal output portion, a photoelectric conversion portion, and the phosphor film are arrayed on the substrate, and signal output portions and photoelectric conversion portions of the respective pixel portions overlap with one another.
